1. Project Request

Request a project via the project request menu.

A Godong manager will contact you to discuss the project details.

2. Register Project and Schedule

After consultation, the project is confirmed, and a Godong manager registers the project.

Schedule is registered based on the confirmed project.

The client partner confirms the project and schedule.

3. Contract
1)
Once the project is confirmed, a contract is made based on the conditions discussed during the consultation process.

Partners draft, upload, and then Godong downloads, signs, and re-uploads the contract.

Depending on the partner, additional documents such as a separate portfolio or a confidentiality agreement may be requested.

4. Form Project Team

Check the availability of suitable designers and match them to the project.

Confirm the tasks and schedule for each designer.

Select a Technical Designer (TD) to manage the project, including communication with the project team leader (designer) and partner, although this may vary depending on the project situation.

5. Progress Project

Partners can access the project management menu through their dashboard.

Proceed with the project according to the project guide and the standard project schedule.

Check and, if necessary, request modifications to the deliverables according to the schedule and guide.

Meetings, both online and offline, are conducted according to a set schedule.
